地表や地下地層の状況を4次元的に観察するための技術開発に関するワークショップが、サウジアラビアの米国で言うNSFのようなKACSTと教授のいるKAUST(アブドラ国王科学技術大学)が、日本のJCCPと共同してKAUSTで開催されました。
Along with Ibrahim Hoteit, I'm hosting an Earth Science workshop next week called "2nd KACST-KAUST-JCCP workshop on surface and subsurface 4D monitoring". This workshop is held in collaboration with KACST and JCCP, the Japan Cooperation Center, Petroleum.
While the topic of the workshop is probably not of much interest to you, representatives of the JCCP would like to extend the invitation to you and would be happy to meet you, but we expect about 10 visitors from Japan during the workshop. They are academics from e.g. Kyoto University and University of Tokyo, as well as representatives of JCCP and KGE (Kawasaki Geological Engineering).
